Sangam Circle is currently in pre-launch and is run by its founder, Nikhil. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or reserve a founding spot, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us at hello@sangamcircle.com.

In short: we ask only for your email, and optionally your city and your answers about what you'd like to see. We use them to tell you about our launch and to decide what to build. We don't sell your information, and we don't ask for your real name or details about your personal or family situation.

1. What we collect

What you give us when you reserve a founding spot:

Your email address (required).
Your city (optional).
Which services you'd like to see, and whether the founding price would be worth it to you.

Please don't put your real name, phone number or details about your personal or family situation into the form. We don't need them and don't ask for them.

What is collected automatically when you visit: basic technical information such as your device and browser type, the pages you view, your approximate location (for example, your city or state, worked out from your internet connection), and which ad or link brought you here. This comes from our website host (Cloudflare) and, if you arrive from one of our ads, from the Meta Pixel (see section 4).

2. How we use it

To contact you about Sangam Circle's launch and your founding spot.
To understand which services and prices people are interested in, so we can decide what to build.
To measure and improve how our ads and website perform.
To meet legal obligations.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use your email for anything unrelated to Sangam Circle.

3. Who handles it for us

We use trusted service providers to run the website and the sign-up form: our website host and database provider (Cloudflare, where your sign-up details are stored), our email provider, and Meta (for advertising and measurement). They handle information only to provide their service to us, under their own terms and privacy policies. Some of them may store information outside India.

4. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

If you arrive from one of our ads, we may use the Meta Pixel and similar technology, which uses cookies to measure how many people visit from our ads and how they use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up details until we launch and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. Advertising measurement data is kept according to Meta's own settings.

6. Your choices and rights

You can, at any time:

withdraw your consent and ask us to stop contacting you;
ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it;
ask us to delete it.

Email hello@sangamcircle.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll respond within a reasonable time, and no later than 30 days. We handle personal information in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Children

Sangam Circle is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, please tell us and we'll delete them.

8. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or online service can be completely secure.

9. When the community opens

This policy covers this website and the founding-spot reservation. When our anonymous peer groups and sessions with independent professionals open, we'll publish a fuller policy that explains how group activity and session information are handled, before you are asked to join.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and we'll tell you by email if the change is significant.
